IT Support & Customer Service Specialist
I like figuring out how things work — help desks, home labs, and everything in between.
I work in IT support and customer service, where I spend my days solving problems and helping people get unstuck. Outside of work, I'm usually doing the same thing for fun — tinkering with technology, building out my home lab, and finding new ways to break and fix things on purpose.
When I'm away from a screen, you'll probably find me outdoors with a camera, running a 3D printer, or a few hours deep into a game.
